Common questions
Is the free mockup really free?+
Yes, completely. I'll design a custom homepage mockup for your business at no cost and with no obligation. If you love it and want to proceed, great — if not, there's nothing to pay.
How long does a website take to build?+
Most projects complete within 7–14 days once design is approved and content is provided. E-commerce and booking builds typically take 2–3 weeks. I'll give you an accurate timeline upfront.
What do I need to provide?+
Ideally your logo, brand colours/fonts, written content, and photos. Don't have everything? I can point you to copywriters and stock photography.
Will I be able to update the site myself?+
Yes. Every site comes with a user-friendly CMS and a short walkthrough video so you can update text, images and blog posts without touching code.
Do you offer payment plans?+
I take a 50% deposit to begin and 50% on completion. For larger projects, I can split into three payments — just ask.
What happens after my first year?+
Your first 12 months of hosting and support are included — I keep your site live, secure and fix anything that breaks. You can update your own content anytime with the built-in CMS, free. After 12 months it's your call: stay fully managed for £25/month (I host it, manage your domain & email, and make your changes for you), or take your site and host it yourself for free. No contracts, cancel anytime, and the site is always yours.
Do I have to pay anything monthly?+
No. The one-time price is the price, and you own the site outright. The optional £25/month managed plan only starts after your free first year — and only if you want me to keep hosting and looking after it. Prefer to run it yourself? That's £0, and I'll help you move it across.
